Welcome to Australian Women's Natural Body Sculpting federation. As the only all-female natural competition in Australia, we offer an opportunity for all women to showcase their hard work and dedication and provide an online community for women who compete and lead an active and healthy lifestyle.

Our AWNBS Experience provides competitors more than just a stage to showcase their hard efforts! We want to encourage all women competing to network and support each other as well as increase their awareness of pre, post and during competition knowledge from industry professionals to educate and motivate our members.

Our mission is to see our events support our athletes and have them feel appreciated and recognised for their passion and dedication to competing and to walk away with a positive stage experience.

The AWNBS will further look to expand their events across Australia and with International Affiliation with the World Natural Body Building Federation, we are providing an international stepping stone via AWNBS Events which sees the best of our natural athletes compete on the World Stage and achieve their World Recognised Pro Status or Compete as a Pro Athlete.

AWNBS judges are selected from the best and most experienced in the body sculpting industry, who will be evaluating and awarding quality gifts and prizes to all competitors that have excelled within their division.

We will award the the top five competitors in each division. Top 3 are awarded with beautifully presented trophies, 4th and 5th with AWNBS Medallions.  Ist Place athletes further receive a fresh flower bouquet, A3 Coach Certificate and their Elite Card!  At selected events the AWNBS will be offering our Elites the opportunity to take a step further and compete for their WNBF Pro Card and Pro Athletes to compete as Pro's right here in Australia.

AWNBS believe that every athlete that steps onto our stage is a winner AND everyone should be recognised for their achievements!  We provide all competitors with a sterling silver heart stamped with AWNBS and a Competitor Gift Bag on show days PLUS once you become an AWNBS member, you receive a Sports Bag, AWNBS Singlet and Core 150 Original Shaker.

At the AWNBS we want to make a positive change in the Fitness Competition Industry and we want to reward our competitors and we pride ourselves on support, recognition and delivering high quality shows in which to compete.

What makes Australian Women’s Natural Body Sculpting different to any other competition?

  • It is a competition and online network for females only
  • The judges are all professionals and have a set criteria
  • We allow a maximum of 15 people on stage per category, division and heat
  • There is a winner for every heat with all 1st place winners going on to compete in our Overalls
  • Places and walks are clearly marked on stage so that each and every contestant gets to have their moment to shine
  • The AWNBS member network is designed for not only competing it is provides an online network for support and inspiration for women's health and fitness

All events are held in beautiful facilities and presented to the highest standard. We offer a full range of event Categories including Bikini, Fitness, Swimsuit, Figure and Fit Body with Divisions for each including First Timer, Novice, Age Groups (Junior, Under 30, 30+, 40+, 50+), Mums, Intermediate, Open and at selected Events Elite and Pro Divisions. We provide you with the highest quality events where you will have your chance to shine in front of the crowd and judges, with only 15 competitors allowed on stage at one time, this is truly your time to shine, work the stage, have fun and showcase your hard work and dedication.
